In totale nei primi 3 mesi del 2018 si sono registrati 2,280 rogiti, il numero piu\u2019 basso negli ultimi 6 anni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per adesso, sempre secondo Samuel Miller, I prezzi medi di vendita rimangono sostanzialmente fermi ai valori del 2017 (piu\u2019 1,7% rispetto all\u2019ultimo trimestre e meno 2%, rispetto a marzo 2017). I due dati combinati mostrano un mercato in cui i venditori non sono ancora pronti a concedere forti sconti, e chi deve comprare e\u2019 disposto ad aspettare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il discorso cambia guardando al mercato del lusso. Un report pubblicato da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.corcoran.com\">Corcoran<\/a> che analizza il segmento di mercato degli appartamenti in vendita per $3.950.000 o piu\u2019, il prezzo medio di vendita al
